OUR REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ!)
Every product that you purchase from WaybillToAdventure.com Web Properties must
be free of defects. Each incident will be determined on an individual basis,
but for defective items, you may request an exchange, refund, or credit:
PRINT BOOKS (All PRINT books are delivered from Carson Enterprises)
- For up to 15 days after receipt of print books and maps
- We require you to fill out our "Return Claim Form" which will be provided to you via
E-Mail or Postal Mail (depending on the nature of your purchase), once we receive
notification that you are requesting a refund
- If damages are incurred because of delivery services, it is your responsibility to
report the damages and follow through with the individual carrier's rules for reporting
- WaybillToAdventure.com reserves the right of
choice of refund method, including Money Order and Company Check
- Shipping costs in regard to purchases, and incurred by customers, are not refundable
- In the case of an authorized return of merchandise that is found not to be defective,
a restocking fee of not less than 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund
- If non-defective merchandise is returned, and found to be used, and not in resalable
condition, no refund will be issued
E-BOOKS, KNOWLEDGE PRODUCTS, ALL ELECTRONIC GOODS

- We extremely regret the stand we've had to take on the refund of electronic books (E-Books) and electronic Knowledge Products. It is unfortunate that the actions of the ''few'' must dictate our Refund Policy.
- Because the contents of electronic products are delivered to the purchaser, and copied to the purchaser's hard disk, some buyers have completed a purchase only to turn around and immediately ask for a refund. We are sorry, but we will no longer refund on E-Book or electronic purchases, except for well-proven claims of a non-functional product. We also reserve the right to provide the buyer with a patch, fix, or replacement of the item with the non-functioning parts already fixed and operational.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests from any customers deemed to be abusing our Refund Policy. Those seeking to obtain a product for ''free'' by downloading and then requesting a refund, will not have their requests honored.
- Our digital products are of the highest quality in both content and technology. They have been reviewed by top entities in the publishing and marketing fields. Our basic Refund Policy except in extreme conditions, is this: No REFUNDS! There will be NO Refunds for 99% OF ALL REASONS! NO REFUND! AGAIN! NO Refunds! You will receive your E-Book purchase directly through the your E-Mail. All sales are final. Each request will be considered on a one-by-one basis... but we are THAT CONFIDENT of the quality of our digital goods.
