Become an Info-preneur in 2003

This article originally ran in December 2002, but due to
the positive response I received, the large number of new
subscribers since that time, and the nice tie in to the
previous article I've decided to re-run the article. 

Let's start this short article with a quiz.

Yes- they are all actual books! 

Why should you care? 

I'll give you the answer to both questions in a moment. 

Let me tell you a short true story first... 

I read a book about 2 years ago that completely changed my
approach to making a living. 

At the time I read the book my only experience earning
money on the Internet was my eBay business. That was my
simple foundation.  I was selling a handful of items every
month and slowly building up my eBay feedback rating every
time I bought or sold something on eBay.  I didn't have a
mailing list of customers, and I didn't have a website. 

The advice in the book I read inspired me to take the next
step. It's the best financial decision I've ever made. 

I became an 'info-preneur' 

An info-preneur is a person who recognizes and profits from
the huge demand and potential of the 'information'
mega-trend that the world is experiencing right now. What
other business on the planet offers profits of 95% or more,
no inventory, and fully automated delivery of the end
product? The best product in my opinion is an 'eBook' that
can be delivered or download electronically at no cost and
can be read on a computer, or printed out. You can sell
your own eBook, or partner with other eBook authors (as an
affiliate) and keep a percentage of every sale you make. 

I started creating my own eBooks and also promoting eBooks
that others had written. I had a lot of success using my
eBay business as my foundation.  That was what I knew best,
so I used it! 

Now I get asked questions like: 

Is this business for anyone? 

To that I say, "absolutely YES!" 

You don't have to be a writer to do this! There are
multiple ways to create an info product without ever typing
a word.

established.
